Asia is a huge continent and there are many different cultures to explore. Some of these cultures are very different from what you may be used to in the west. The following list will give you an idea of some of the things that you can expect when moving here:
Lifestyle differences between East and West.
The lifestyle here in Asia is very different from that of the West. We’re much more relaxed, less stressful and slower paced. People here are friendlier and more welcoming, which makes for a better quality of life overall.
The food is also much more varied, diverse and interesting as well as being healthier than Western fast food chains such as McDonald’s or KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken).
As for weather conditions: hot or cold? Well…it depends on where you live! It may be hot during summer but it can also be cool during wintertime depending on where you live!
The worst thing about living here in Asia is the lack of personal space. The streets are crowded with people, cars and motorbikes, making it difficult to find a quiet place to relax or work.
Traffic congestion is another big issue: there are lots of vehicles on the road but not enough roads for them all! Pollution is also high due to an increase in car usage and industrial development over recent years. Air quality and water quality have deteriorated as well as sanitation standards; many people do not have access to clean drinking water or sanitation facilities so they use open sewers which causes diseases such as cholera and typhoid fever among others that can be fatal if untreated properly by medical professionals who don’t exist because they’ve left this country (more on that later).
Living in Asia is a unique experience. The difference between East and West can be overwhelming at times, but it’s also exciting and rewarding. If you love adventure and trying new things then this is the place for you!
